NAILBOMB, the musical child of Max Cavalera and Alex Newport, is a timeless collection of industrial heavy-thrash-punk-metal. It started as a side project, just for fun, but it eventually became one of the most famous metal bands.

NAILBOMB formed in 1993, recorded, a cult studio album "Point Blank" (1994) and played their legendary concert at the Dynamo Open Air festival in Holland. NAILBOMB featured musicians such as D.H. Peligro (Dead Kennedys), Max Cavalera's brother Igor Cavalera (co-founder of Sepultura) or guitarist Dino Cazares (co-founder and guitarist of Fear Factory). Nailbomb's second album, "Proud to Commit Commercial Suicide" (1995), was a live recording of the band's legendary performance at the Dynamo Open Air Festival.

The project then rested quietly for more than two decades, with no ambition to continue at some point in the future, which lasted until 2017 when Cavalera decided to play the full album "Point Blank" live with his band Soulfly. Now, almost 30 years later, the two albums are being re-released and packaged together as "1000% Hate", the title the band originally planned for the "Point Blank" record.

In today's world full of anxiety, frustration and chaos, it's time for NAILBOMB to return to the scene. And this hot, freshly blown and strong metal fire will also overhelm the castle park in MORAVSKÝ KRUMLOV in the middle of August 2025, at the 5th edition of the popular rock-metal festival ROCK CASTLE. This festival will write another chapter in the book of world metal history!
