METALFEST OPEN AIR 2024 – 31.5. – 2. 6. 2024, Amphitheater Lochotín, PILSEN
It's here! METALFEST OPEN AIR 2024 starts this Friday, May 31st and the first fans will start coming to PILSEN on Thursday! Please read carefully all parking and camping options.
The paid campsites, blue, green and red, near the festival site are already hopelessly SOLD OUT! These campsites are fenced, guarded, equipped with ToiToi toilets and shower trucks will be located in close proximity to the campsites. There is no parking at these campsites - only a short stop to unload tents and luggage will be allowed. The campsites will start operating on Thursday 30.5. from 12:00 p.m. It is possible to bring food and drink into these campsites, but fires are prohibited!
Caravans, campers
Places for caravans are located in a short distance from the festival grounds in 2 sections. Arrival at the parking lot for caravans is possible on Thursday, May 30th from 12:00 p.m. on Pod Vinicemi Street. If you have a caravan, but did not manage to purchase a parking space (the capacity is sold out), another option is to dock your car at the Ostende Bolevák Autocamp.
Parking lot “Na Jíkalce”
If you have a parking ticket purchased through the festival website, park in the large "Na Jíkalce" parking lot. Access to the parking will be possible via a one-way road from Křimická Street (Touškovská and Na Okraji Streets), then exit via Nade Mží Street. The parking will be in operation from Thursday 30th of May from 12:00 p.m.
Public campsite “Na Jíkalce”
Next to the "Na Jíkalce" parking lot, a big meadow will be reserved for tents. This public campsite will be equipped with Toi Toi toilets and a mobile washroom. Refreshments will also be part of the camp. It is possible to bring food and drink into the public camping site "Na Jíkalce", but fires are prohibited!
Other camping options
If you have not purchased a place in the Blue, Green or Red campsites and you are bringing a tent with you, you have the option to camp in the Ostende Bolevák Autocamp.
Additional parking options
Parking capacities near the festival grounds are very limited! You can use:
- longitudinal parking on ul. Pod Vinicemi (only in places where temporary traffic signs allow it)
- Lochotínská parking lot (near Jysk) – a small part only
- Parking under the General Patton Bridge (Saturday and Sunday only)
- Parking house Rychtářka - Truhlářská 5,
- OC Plaza parking lot - Pobřežní 17,
- part of the parking lot at OD Globus - Chotíkov 385,
- Autocamp Ostende Bolevák
IMPORTANT NOTICE
- for the smooth running of the entire festival, please respect the traffic signs and the instructions of the organizers
- paid parking in front of the ZOO is only for ZOO visitors
- park cars only in designated areas
- do not pitch up tents outside the reserved campsites

You can still order festival and one-day tickets (as e-tickets) at this website. Until the start of the festival also in the Ticketportal, Ticketstream or Metaltix networks.
Tickets will also be sold at the ticket office on site. ATTENTION! Payment there will be possible in cash only (CZK, EUR!).
