The 15th edition ofthe international metal open air METALFEST starts in PILSEN, in the Lochotín Amphitheatre next week on Friday, June 5th at 12:30! Entrance to the festival area will open for you an hour before the start of the festival program, i.e. at 11:30! But you know that this year you can arrive in PILSEN 2 days earlier, for the spectacular opener of this year's metal summer, which the phenomenal SABATON have provided for you with their brand new show! With SABATON, on Wednesday, June 3rd, great special guests will also arrive in PLZNE, the fantastic singer Nightwish, FLOOR JANSEN, the power metal force MAJESTICA and the band SCARDUST.

And as you are used to in the Lochotín amphitheater, all payments in the amphitheater and in its immediate vicinity will be cashless! Paying there, both at the SABATON concert and at METAFEST, will be a festival bracelet with a chip! This "cashless" system is proven, reliable, convenient and completely safe.

Topping up also possible there in EUR! ATTENTION! If you go to SABATON and stay at METALFEST, you don't have to transfer your credits to a festival chip. Chips from both events will be valid at METALFEST!

You can have unused credit returned to your bank account within 14 days after the event. Cash money is not refundable! If you don't have it yet, download the NFCtron mobile app (https://lnk.bio/nfctron) to your phone, load the chip and track your spending. The app is available in the App Store and Google Play.

CREDIT TOPPING UP WILL BE POSSIBLE ON-SITE AGAIN. Once you receive your concert/festival bracelet with a chip in the wristband exchange container, you can top it up on site (in cash or by card), for a fee of 30 CZK for the first top up. You can also top up your bracelet with a chip in EUR on site (but only banknotes will be accepted).
There will be two Topping Up stands! One on the meadow in front of the festival area and the other directly in the area in its upper part, in the refreshment zone!

Cash or card payments will not be possible in the area or in its immediate vicinity!
