German heavy metal legend ACCEPT is celebrating 50th Anniversary and will release their celebratory manifesto in September! 50 years of pure power, that will be the groundbreaking album “Teutonic Titans 1976-2026”, which will be the definitive expression of the band’s legacy, forged in steel and powered by unmistakable riffs. The album will be released on 4th of September 2026 and will bring the most iconic songs ever written in heavy music! The album is fronted by guitarist Wolf Hoffmann, long-time architect of ACCEPT's sound, and features an astonishing 50 guests on 19 new versions of the band's greatest songs. ACCEPT is releasing one of their most ambitious and star-studded albums to date.
ACCEPT will be performing their songs live in a brand new, all-star lineup, along with the distinctive voice of Mark Tornillo and the unmistakable riffs of Wolf Hoffmann, soon and really loud! On the evening of Friday, June 5th, 2026, at the Pilsen amphitheater Lochotín, at the 15th edition of the international metal festival METALFEST OPEN AIR!
Each song on the new album "Teutonic Titans 1976-2026" is different. It features a different combination of vocals, guitars, bass and drums, which gives each classic a new twist. Tobias Forge delivers a commanding performance on “Save Us” (I’m a Rebel, 1980), joined by Ray Luzier on drums. Phil Anselmo, Kirk Hammett and Mikkey Dee play the speed metal classic “Fast As A Shark” (Restless and Wild, 1982). “Balls to the Wall” undulates with the massive range of metal god Rob Halford, alongside the guitar work of Matthias Jabs. The rediscovered “Love Child” is elevated by Billy Corgan and David Ellefson (both from 1983’s Balls to the Wall). Other guest stars on the exceptional ACCEPT album include K. K. Downing, Bobby Blitz, Hansi Kürsch, Chris Jericho, Ralf Scheepers, Billy Sheehan, Ola Englund and Jeff Loomis. The highlight is a reprise of “Hellhammer” (Eat the Heat, 1989) performed by the current ACCEPT lineup.
