In a new interview for Metal Covenant, LORDI frontman, Mr. Lordi, was asked how the change in the music industry over the past decade has personally affected him. He replied: "Well, digitalization is the root of all evil. You know, it started slowly, but when it hit the music business, it hit hard. And the music business wasn't ready. I still feel a grudge against it. You know, when I get angry about something, I never get over it. I'll never forgive myself. I think the whole music streaming, the fall of physical albums, it's all just because of fucking digitalization and the internet and then later also social media," he continued. "I refuse to be a part of it. As an artist, I have to be, but in my personal life, I'm not. For example, I've never been on social media, not for a second in my life. I've never had Facebook. I've never been on Facebook, I've never been on Instagram, I've never been on anything like that, and I never fucking will. I still get all my bills on paper, and I pay companies to send me paper bills."

Known for their theatrical style and unique blend of 1980s-inspired rock and heavy metal, LORDI's latest work is a nostalgic celebration of retro '80s toys, packed with fresh, powerful energy. Building on the success of their 2023 album "Screem Writers Guild," LORDI's new album "Limited Deadition" (out in March!) ventures into heavier riffs and faster tempos, creating a soundscape that's both familiar and uplifting.

Produced by Mr. Lordi and as always, Mr. Lordi took on the striking artwork and appearance of the album and channeled his passion for 80s memorabilia into every detail.
