With the approcahing of release of the new album "Ánv" by Swiss ELUVEITIE (out April 25th), the band has released another new, uplifting single, 'Awen'. Check out the video.
The track features the band in a more traditional instrumentation and sheds light on the Celtic roots buried at the very core of ELUVEITIE.

ELUVEITIE frontman Chrigel Glanzmann comments: "AWEN is musically perhaps one of the album's catchiest songs... sticking our necks out on pretty modern metal music, at the same time with a chorus coming in with that very traditional, mystically melancholic, solemn kind of 'grandeur', much like older Eluveitie songs such as OF FIRE, WIND & WISDOM, SLANIA'S SONG or ALESIA. Lyrically it time-travels some fairly bold lines off that several thousand years old mythological text ANV is based on, into the modern age and makes them speak directly to us and our modern civilizations! We're really happy with and proud of it and we hope you'll like it as much as we do!"
