ROCK CASTLE 2024 – castle park, MORAVSKÝ KRUMLOV, 15th – 17th of August 2024

Friends, at the ROCK CASTLE festival in MORAVSKÝ KRUMLOV we continue with the already established and proven cashless payment system. Cash will be needed ONLY at the ticket office in front of the festival entrance, where festival and one-day tickets will be on sale, as well as tickets for other concerts organized by the Pragokoncert agency.
In the festival area and in the VIP Camp, it will now be possible to pay only with a festival wristband with a chip.

Topping up your credit in advance online is free you will not pay anything extra. You will then receive a bracelet with a chip directly at the event, after presenting the QR code, which can be found in your profile. You can have unused credit returned to your bank account within 14 days after the event.
Download the NFCtron mobile application to your phone, load the chip and you're already tracking your spending. Thanks to the application, you can receive notifications about payments you made, and after the end of the event, you can easily request the return of the remaining credit back to your bank account within 14 days.

There is also the possibility of topping up the credit on the spot, at the top up stand, in front of the festival grounds.
As soon as you receive your festival bracelet with a chip in the wristband exchange container, you can top it up on the NFCTron stand (cash or card) for a fee of CZK 30 for the first top-up. You will receive an information sheet with a link and a QR code, which you should keep carefully to check your credit balance and return the remaining credit. You can top up your bracelet with a chip in EUR on the spot (but only banknotes will be accepted). However, we recommend payment by card for your convenience.
