The uncompromising, modern Swedish progressive metal band SOEN is coming to the international metal festival METALFEST OPEN AIR in PILSEN for the first time in June 2026, to present their new, seventh album “Reliance” (out in January 2026), completely without scruples and with clear determination.

SOEN have managed to build an unique identity and are among the world elite of modern metal. Their sound is complex, deeply human, interwoven with complex rhythms, nuanced melodies and lyrical depth that requires introspection. This group of master musicians bravely ventures deeper and deeper into uncharted sonic territories, with each of their albums being a deeper exploration of human fragility and resilience. Each of their live shows is a very intense ritual, where everyone in the audience not only listens, but truly experiences the raw, unfiltered passion and precision, vulnerability, but also the power of metal that resonates with the whole soul.
